Meditating on the bus
Ok … so .. thought I’d give it a try this morning. My bus journey can be quite stress inducing and I like to retreat into my bubble. It worked pretty well and I made sure I knew i had plenty of stops to go so that I wasn’t distracted by worrying I’d miss my stop. Also my exhalation wasn’t the usual haaaaaaaaa - was a little bit more discreet. I am pretty fuckless but don’t want people to think im losing the plot and kick me off the bus 😂😂😂😂

I am so grateful to be at a point in my life where I can just rise up, pee and meditate. It starts my day off calm strong and fuckless, as it should be. If for any reason I gain fucks through my day’s journey I feel I’m learning the awareness and ability to detect and release them. This is how everyone should start their day. What a wonderful world it would be. Happy fucking hump day everybody

I think today was the best session I had so far. I was really feeling it today. I feel like I had some moments that were so deep I couldn't tell if I was sleeping or awake. But still one thing came to mind...how do u know you are at your natural breathing? I like thinking about my breathing it doesn't feel natural to think about my breathing... Share your experience please.

Even in observation sometimes it feels like I am controlling it. I become aware of this and imagine myself shaking it off taking a deep breath in through the nose ans release and focus on the guides voice or my connection to the surface beneath me and the observe my breath. Or I imagine the breath as a colourful whispy smoke like incense as it enters my nose fills my chest and exhale it. Is it smooth, staggered? Hot or cold? I guess I redirect and come back to it.
