@Bonnie Randall I sure hope not! I use Dr Axe’s protein/collagen powder. Or do you mean the ones like at Costco that you don’t add anything to it?

I’m so grateful to love by the ocean. I see this a lot in my kids when I take them to go surfing etc, it just changes them completely.
