Yes! I would love to know what and maybe some tips on how you began Yoga Healer when your daughter was toddler age!!

Sorry I missed the live, but the recording was very valuable! Especially in reminding not to get stuck in the creative to hide from the sales part!! 🙂
FMD and Oleation
I'm wanting to do both parts to this. Can I do the oleation in a modified FMD (Maybe adding the ghee to my coffee) and then on day 4 or 5 the castor oil? Or wouldit be better to do the Oleation then FMD ? Or vice versa? Also... i enjoy stewed apples with just ghee and cinnamon.... soooo I'm all for being able to add oils there too if the coffee ghee isn't enough. And say I do coffee ghee for breakfast, and then apples lunch and dinner, someone else asked, but I can't find it, how many apples a day? And does it matter what kind? Thanks for any and all feedback on this!

@Juliet Cullins thank you. I'm hoping to start that part tomorrow
Oleation + inflammation (two different questions)
I'm confused around oleation. What is oleation? I thought it was only when we did a traditional kitchari cleanse, eating ghee in the morning and then only kitchari with no fat, for a few days, then purge. But it seems to be something else here. I'm still trying to ease into detox and find it super hard to stop things like chocolate or grains. It's my second day of eating kitchari and soups and nuts and kimchi. I plan to do FMD starting on Friday, I don't know how it will go, and I'm wondering what's the best way to reduce inflammation considering that this is a very challenging time. I know we're supposed to rest and take naps and walks and do oil massage, but I don't know how to fit that in my day. I'm going through divorce (not my choice), just moved into a new apartment, and I learned yesterday that I'll start a new job in two weeks. It's just hard and I just want my favourite foods. 5 days of FMD looks easier than 2 weeks of kitchari, just because it's shorter -- and I hope that FMD will somehow cure my craving? I'm curious about the liver cleanse, because my liver literally hurts and I have high enzymes (a doctor said I have the liver of an overweight or alcoholic person! which has never been my case), but it might be too intense for now.
