Looking fantastic! Have fun with the whole experience. I have done some bodybuilding and didn’t think I would do another show. I am currently powerlifting, but I am intrigued by the idea of a carnivore physique prep. 🤔

Thanks Neel for the fun challenge! I am a competitive powerlifter so I feel the article is relevant to me. 😀 1 and 2 I can do. I weigh 142 lb. My bench was 160 and deadlift was 303 at my last meet a couple of months ago. I will test myself on the rest and let you know what I think.

Just came back from the gym where I tested the rest of the items. I can do them all except farmers carry if it’s all the weight on one side. I cannot maintain grip on the dumbbell.The seated one with no assistance is tricky. 🤨 So my conclusion is that if you are a regular gym goer and male you could do most of them. If you are female, the weighted ones would be very difficult for you. But we all need a challenge!

Thank you Anthony for the WEALTH of information presented in a logical order! I joke that I am going to peak at 70- only nine short years to go. 😀. But I now have more tools in my arsenal. Been mostly carnivore for two years and Lean Seven will help push me a little further. Next is work on eating window while maintaining my strength.
