Body recomposition
This was a 6 month transformation 💪 3 months were home workouts only then the next 3 months were exclusively at the gym 🏋️‍♀️ The weight difference is 1 lb 😲 This is why you must take pictures 📷 THIS IS BODY RECOMPOSITION 💪🔥💪🔥💪 So for those of you who ONLY rely on the scale ⚖️ please use pictures and measurements as other metrics of progress. You CAN do it 💯🙌🔥💪 Tina Marie

I resisted
Today at Pickl Ball it was somebody’s birthday, and so there was a huge table set up with all sorts of food like substances lol I’m pretty proud of myself because I didn’t even walk near that table and I saw people eating all the things I used to like to eat, I told myself don’t even walk over.

@Traci Simpson good on you - it's not always easy but it's worth it 👏💪 I notice even more now people walking around the street, eating and looking overweight. It's a hard cycle to break but being part of this community certainly helps - I think.
Time for a real change!!!
I have been so sick of myself lately, repeating the same old cycles and putting everything before myself. I AM NOT MESSING UP THIS TIME!!! 10years of constantly battling myself when it comes to food. I do great during the week (100% in fact) and then comes FRIDAY. And not because it's the weekend, Friday is my busiest day and I often don't get a chance to eat and then when I do I carb load, leaving me feeling lethargic, disappointed and ashamed. I am on point with my exercise, actually the complete opposite to my food, I see muscle building but just not stripping the fat that surrounds it. So today I'm taking charge, I've meal prepped 4 days (including Friday) so I have no excuses. I will make steak with eggs fresh for dinner Looking forward to my meeting with @Anthony Phaèsse later this week 💪🏽
