Digestion through the lens of Chinese Medicine
I have a mini program that I created about 5 years ago called Nourish that teaches you how to optimize your digestion through the lens of Chinese Medicine. I am thinking about gifting to this community because I feel that it's useful information that is just sitting there. It is not through the lens of functional medicine but I believe to be core principles that are often overlooked when optimizing digestion. Day 7: The Calm Catalyst
Congratulations on completing the first week of The Calm Catalyst! If you have completed every day’s exercise, be soooo proud. You are rewiring your nervous system. You are training your body to come back to safety. If you skipped a couple days, dont give up! You can just recommit and come back to missed days at the end. After today’s exercise: How did it feel to ask your body these questions? Were you surprised by the answers?

Favorite so far. Haven’t thought about “the Humm” in a literal context, I have a sacred Space I refer to as the Humm… don’t have the words to articulate but this was very cool and a wonderful gift❤️

I just sent another informational handout for those that responded to Day 3 & Day 4. Check you DM area on here to look at it if you have been playing the game. I, also, want to pose the question… Do you feel like you are already feeling less committed to the program? Are you feeling resistance? Are you a strong starter and weak finisher? Just want to remind you all…its only 5 min in your day. And its only 30 days… What would it be like to go for it?

Day 5
Day 5 - wanted to mention how powerful resting the hands over the heart is for me. It is so immediately grounding and peaceful. If you can take the time to actually observe the change in your body and slow your breathing, lower your shoulders its very comforting. Its a good practice before sleep at night.
