Day 5
Day 5 - wanted to mention how powerful resting the hands over the heart is for me. It is so immediately grounding and peaceful. If you can take the time to actually observe the change in your body and slow your breathing, lower your shoulders its very comforting. Its a good practice before sleep at night.
