HELP: DETACHEMENT OR SETTING BOUNDARIES?
as u may have heard I enrolled a client last week, for a one month starter experience of coaching with me to move towards her goal of letting go of her 9-5 job and create something she's passionate about. She was all in until today, when I sent her the second reminder for paiment and prep e-mail for our time together. I dropped my price for her on the call to meet her where she was at (from 1k to 444.- for 4 sessions including access to me in between) Now I get this, what's the smartest most conscious thing to do, without disrespecting buisness values and t&c? I make this offer once, this is not a thing I do regularely, so I am thinking to say yes but new terms apply, I am thinking of of saying yes if u pay the agreed amount now, I am thinking... but recognize part of neediness, and feeling of disrespect and wanting to learn how to hold my standards, without hurting business. (This is currently my only client) Advice welcome...

The objection you are facing is urgency, I am assuming you prequalified the person why is the person doing it now what happens if they don't make the change, from what i understand you made an offer but probably didn’t give the discount saying its actually limited time or if you sign up today etc.That is pushy sales tactic, lets go away from that Reality - Life coaching is not that big of a time commitment its 4 sessions they can do it, they just don't have the pain or just want to procrastinate push it because of their inability to make a decision just wanting to push the decision off later but that’s your job to guide them to the decision :) Now lets do some kinda damage control here is what you can do: 1. If you want to reply on email, connect their β€œWHY” use that as reason signifying what they are losing by waiting like if it was stress - i really resonated with your problem with stress it really struck a cord, i don’t want your stress to come between your big opportunity. Then simply say i would also love to work with you but i only take 10 clients in a quarter i am already at 8, so I can’t promise anything. 2. If You can get on another call revise the urgency questions again relive the pain, ask the hard questions to make the person realize if they don't make the change now pain stays same nothing changes they came on the call and wanted to join for a reason, does 4 sessions really hard to manager for β€œTHE WHY” which is so imp to you. Hopefully this helps @Fabienne Egger It is a lot of points and tricks mixed together, for specific answers i would need to see what chat you had with the prospect her questions answers etc. You got this! And hey if you try everything you know you gave 100% trust let go detach if it has to come it will, otherwise you learnt a lot and made a connection! (POSITIVE SIDE) BALANCE between the two is keyπŸ™Œ

I just opened a new paid coaching relationship using a mix of clarity coaching AND the soulful selling method. I Said the big number, she was a a bit taken aback, I was thinking of letting her go like that and think about it, But I chickened out. After asking her what she had im mind, I did offer her my lowest ticket "starter month" price She said yes. Asked for weekly paiment, I didn't hesitate to say NO, this investment must be PIF upfront.
