@Ruth Thong I also measure my thighs & my arms (around the bicep area) & recently I measure my lower abdomen 😳 as I am dealing with additional fat deposits in that area x

@Ruth Thong yes 😀 I owned a gym in my younger years & all my clients were measured this way (by me personally) x
Kombucha??
Curious about how kombucha might fit in the framework discussed. Not recommended??

I added the debloating water immediately & both myself & husband really enjoyed it 👍 we normally have electrolytes in our water (if thirsty) in the mornings so this was a nice alternative 😀

@Lois Manella yes it does 😀 as your metabolism increases you want to eat that much food 👍

Your water looks amazing 😀 I had to swap out lemon for ACV & I have since added frozen strawberries, totally yummy!
Cinnamon allergy
I’m Allergic to cinnamon so I can’t do this step which is a bummer. Anything else I can do? Apple cider vinegar?

@Kathy Obrien I use them all, except cinnamon 😀 I discovered this a few years back when I researched recipes for hot chocolate (with spices), I love them all & as I like strong tastes, cloves & cardamom are perhaps my favourites 👍 oh, & don’t be afraid of “geeking out” as I am a definite geek when it comes to researching for healthy foods & alternatives 🤣

@Donna Paradie I totally agree with you as I am a constant learner in this area 😀 I did work in both the health & retail industries during my working life 🤔 nutrition was an area I wished I had delved more into 🤩 catching up now I’m retired 😎
