Yes it’s probably a weak rotator cuff
Height and weight
How tall are you and how heavy are you? Also, would you ever consider doing Weighted pullups for your back day? They are really good and doing regular pullups right after will provide an excellent pump in your back and Biceps

I’m 40 kg and 4,11, and weighted pull ups are the best exercise you can do on a back or pull day
How’s my physique for a 12 yr old?
Status: Height:4,11 Weight: 42kg Age:12 Working out status: Diet: bulking Split: push day, rest, pull day, leg day, rest, repeat. Dips:27 body weight dips, 10 reps 17 pounds weighted dip. Estimated 1RM 20kg/44 lbs weighted dip. Pull-ups:12 body weight pull ups no weighted. Squat: estimated one rep max: 278 lbs/126 kg.
