I randomly discovered Yoga Nidra in a time when I needed rest. It gave me the ability to connect to my body again and willingly shut down my thinking (most of the time, or at least accept it). Since then it has become an integral part of my life and a source of security and energy. I discovered this community through your Newsletter Ayla. I tried different meditations before until I stayed with your's on Spotify. 🫶🏻
