Hey from Australia- just changed over to asssitable from another solution, as can see how robust the system is and custom tools can definteley help me with some use cases. I have been trying to look through the videos and previos chat threads to get my head around the system. As i have some active clients currently need to accelerate the learning. Anyone know a clean way to export a ghl convo via a webhook. Need to send the complete convo to a CRM via API

are you talking about the voice ai , or when you talk to a lead, getting the audio out of GHL ? As I have 3 solutions for getting the phone call Audio out

1. original way - I have all my LC phones back to twillio in GHL , and use twillio module to make.com, transcribe and get relevant info and fill custom fields and put back into GHL including notes, goals etc. Also scoring salesperson against company KPI for sales 2. GHL API OATH is message.attachment = phone call audio file 3. use a waitstep allow for phone call to finish and use {message.attachment} in a message, note or custome field
