MINDSET MONDAY
"What is Success?" - Is it when we accomplish a goal? - Are we successful because we have a large house or large bank account? - Are we successful because the outside world sees our relationships as being strong? - Are we successful because of the of a strong, healthy body we might "appear" to have? There are many ways we define success. And, it is not linear in growth, that's for sure. We all fail sometimes. Sometimes we fail hard and sometimes we fail lightly. That is a part of the process of growth. Growth only happens when we push to the point of failure. It is there that we learn the most about ourselves, and about the thing we are aiming to accomplish. Remember this: "Failure is an event, NOT a person." -Zig Ziglar So how do we define success if we know that we will fail along the way? There are lots of definitions but here is one that I use to keep it more positive for myself. "Success happens when you FEEL FULFILLED in any endeavour you aiming to accomplish." -Jon Chase That means you can be successful before even achieve the end goal. This will set your mind into a "process" state instead of "end goal" state. And, you can apply this to any endeavor you are aiming to accomplish. - Family relationships - Intimate relationships - Work and career - Body and health - etc. Do you like this? I love this. It reminds me that I define my own success. No one else. I can gauge my intensions, my small changes towards health and feel positive. That is an abundance mindset which always helps me reach my goals.

I watched the recording. I am so excited to connect what I see on my blood test labs to things I can practically change. I also thought it was interesting to contemplate getting a purification system for my tap water and would love to know more about that. And the suggestions of the three supplements to my diet. Magnesium, omega 3s and vitamin D. I will certainly ask more questions about that as well.

Success is a very definitive word. Truth is that I will be imperfect with how I achieve my goals. I think success can be achieved by accomplishing goals and each goal will take a personal commitment, but once I recognize that I can’t control the outcome completely of either my mental or physical health completely, then it loosens the definition of my success. Success for me will be the compilation of small changes that bring positivity into my life and a feeling of peace with self and others. Excited to be here!

@Crystal Ostler yes, you are correct. Success is a feeling about a goal result. for me, it’s not just about checking the box for the goal. It’s definitely about how I feel about the box being checked. And most certainly if my body feels better after checking the box. I love community and I know that key ingredient will help!
