Hey Walida I've been going through something similar where I've had thoughts of just quitting everything self-improvement related and going back to how I used to be. What I noticed about my situation was that I had no balance. Every single part of my day had to be scheduled. There were no breaks to relax. I had no free time because that time could be used to be productive. I stopped doing things I liked because I believed it to be a waste of time and I needed to get to work When I had free time I was constantly learning something. I wouldn't acknowledge my wins because I could have done it better. When I started my healing journey I went from zero to 100 and tried to maintain it. It only took me 3 months until I burnt out. Now I recognize there was no way I could have kept that up and I've been taking these last couple of days to detach from everything and just feel like a kid again. When Monday rolls around I know I'll be back on track but what I learned is that it's important to take time where you can goof off and relax. I've been catching up on some webtoons since I haven't touched in about 80 days and it feels so refreshing. I started an anime my friend recommended to me that I never set time aside for. Me and my friend went to a diner then went back to their house to jam out on guitar. I noticed that taking these breaks for myself has felt amazing and so recharging. Some advice for you. Be patient with yourself. Sometimes your body can't keep up with your mind and will do what it takes to stop you. When I noticed this in myself I now block off time where I can fully relax and not worry about anything. Sorry, I am working on making my response shorter I just get so passionate about some topics :) Hoped this helped a little :D

14 days to purpose complete!
I finally completed the "FDP" journaling challenge, and I can say it for sure lead me to figuring out what I really want to do in my life. Since I've started I can actually visualize what I want for myself and the steps I need to take to get there. I've been sketching it out as well. I will be continuing with journaling and recommend completing the course to all of you.

Super dope! Congrats!
Group calls?
Would you guys be interested in doing a group call sometime soon? It would be on google meet where we chat and you can pick my brain for an hour or two. If so, what are your time zones and preferred times?
