Group calls?

Intermittent fasting
Do any of you have experience with inter. fasting? Can you tell me the intervals in which you did it and if you broke the fast with something healthy or if you still ate whatever you wanted because you were fasting. Also, the changes in your body you saw/felt?

I do the typical 16:8 (fast 16 hrs, 8 hr eating window), but the longest I’ve done was a 2-day dry fast (no eating/drinking), and surprisingly it was easier than any water fast I’ve done. I broke it with fruit and I think trail mix (almonds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, raisins). With intermittent fasting, you will lose some weight, and it’ll vary for different people. For me, I did lose weight and had a lot of energy. My thoughts were talking to me in 3D and I felt like I was floating on clouds 😭 but if u do a long fast, be cautious of how u eat afterwards cause u can easily gain more weight back than what u had before the fast.
