Stuck at posting your first video? Read this!
If you are stuck with uploading that very first video to your channel it is likely you are trying to get every little detail right. -Research everything on a specific topic -script every word you're gonna say -Record the a-roll (fix lighting, get a $1000 camera, get a good laptop etc.) -Make the b-roll -Edit every detail ECT. The point is you're trying to overdo it for such minimal reward Even when you make your very first video, all the effort you put in, it'll suck anyway That's the cold harsh truth bro... IT WILL SUCK ANYWAY! The reason for this is that you're very inexperienced on youtube, you haven't done anything yet on the platform. So this should kinda comfort you that it doesn't matter that the video isn't perfect. We all started out bro. My very first video sucked so much that I eventually deleted it (not right approach, I wish I hadn't done that cause it would be a perfect way to see how much I improved). You don't learn to swim from a book so you don't grow on youtube if you don't have anything posted yet. The mindset you need to adopt for yourself for this is that this first video is just to see if you want to continue on youtube, that's all! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So here a little challenge for you if you thought about starting a youtube channel or trying to overdo your first video: Upload a video within 48 hours from seeing this post, and doesn't matter if everything sucked, it is just to get you going. And to spice up the challenge: 200 push if you miss the deadline!!!! Let me know if you accept and did it! Take care! -Robin

Hi everyone, Have anyone succeeded in sexual transmutation? Can you share your successful story? I have tried many times, but it seems quite tough. Some activities I tried such as: workout, working in business, meet friend. Thanks all!

You ever get so deep into your grind that you lose track of time? Like, you're just in itโ€”no distractions, no second-guessing, just pure focus. The rabbit hole goes even deeper than that.. and i've been there before. There's ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™ค๐™ฉ๐™๐™š๐™ง ๐™ก๐™š๐™ซ๐™š๐™ก, a step FURTHER. A level in which basic human health habits like brushing your teeth become an afterthought. When you know exactly what you're chasing, you eliminate the friction of having to figure out what to work on. ACTIONABLE STEP: Every night, before bed, write it down. Visualize it. 3 tasks that you need to get done for the next day. You need to wake up and without thinking know exactly what the missions for the day are. Your brain needs to feel like the stakes are high, like every second counts. That clarity fuels obsession. 2. ๐˜ฟ๐™š๐™จ๐™ž๐™œ๐™ฃ ๐™”๐™ค๐™ช๐™ง ๐™€๐™ฃ๐™ซ๐™ž๐™ง๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™ข๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ ๐™›๐™ค๐™ง ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™‚๐™ง๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™™ Remove everything that doesnโ€™t serve your mission. Put your phone in another room, clear your desk of clutter, delete social media (even if it's temporarily during work), throw out the junk food in your house and get rid of anything that might tempt you to slack. Because why would you risk to get distracted by some bullshit like a notification or a messy desk. 3. ๐™‡๐™š๐™ซ๐™š๐™ง๐™–๐™œ๐™š ๐™ˆ๐™ค๐™ข๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™ช๐™ข When youโ€™re locked in, stay locked in. Donโ€™t stop to scroll TikTok or check your texts. A common focus method is the pomodor technique, but I think that technique is BULLSHIT (its 25m + 5m work blocks). You don't give yourself time to build up that focus momentum. The more momentum you build, the easier it is to keep going. For day-scaled momentum, stack up small wins (knocking out tasks) early in the day, and watch how that snowball grows. 4. This is the ultimate level. When youโ€™re so into your grind that you forget to eat, sleep, or brush your teeth, youโ€™ve officially tapped into that raw, relentless focus. This doesnโ€™t mean neglecting health foreverโ€”itโ€™s about putting your mission first in the moment.

Hey man its actually a pretty good guide but I think that pomodro is not completly bullshit its just we need to tweek it a little like 45 min work 5min break. oh and I think you will agree that the most important advice in this whole post is that you should go to sleep about thinking what you will do the next day and why like its so powerful man.

Online Agency (what are your thoughts)
I want to start an online Agency, where I outsource a service for example facebook/google ads, to people from other (not wealthy) countries like Colombia, south africa, india. I pay them an above average wage for them locally so that they are motivated, are willing to work on flexible contracts and I can attract high skilled individuals, but in my country (Germany) this wage wouldn't be sufficient. My main task is looking for potential clients who are willing to pay for the service by reaching out. The good thing about this business model is something called "Contractor Arbitrage". This principle allows me to operate the business completely risk free. It works like this: The Client pays me at the start of the month (for example 2,500โ‚ฌ) The Employee gets paid at the end of the month (for example 1000โ‚ฌ) I pocket the difference (for example 1,500โ‚ฌ) The main Advantage is not only that there is no risk associated, but also that i can be 100% focused on outreach instead of service delivery, and that the business is easily scalable because the end goal is to outsource my job of outreach to then have a sort of passive income. What is your Opinion on this business model, do you have any improvement ideas, do you have any similar models or experiences. Thank you for reading.
