ACTIONABLE STEP: Every night, before bed, write it down. Visualize it. 3 tasks that you need to get done for the next day. You need to wake up and without thinking know exactly what the missions for the day are. Your brain needs to feel like the stakes are high, like every second counts. That clarity fuels obsession.
2. ๐˜ฟ๐™š๐™จ๐™ž๐™œ๐™ฃ ๐™”๐™ค๐™ช๐™ง ๐™€๐™ฃ๐™ซ๐™ž๐™ง๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™ข๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ ๐™›๐™ค๐™ง ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™‚๐™ง๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™™
Remove everything that doesnโ€™t serve your mission. Put your phone in another room, clear your desk of clutter, delete social media (even if it's temporarily during work), throw out the junk food in your house and get rid of anything that might tempt you to slack. Because why would you risk to get distracted by some bullshit like a notification or a messy desk.
3. ๐™‡๐™š๐™ซ๐™š๐™ง๐™–๐™œ๐™š ๐™ˆ๐™ค๐™ข๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™ช๐™ข
When youโ€™re locked in, stay locked in. Donโ€™t stop to scroll TikTok or check your texts. A common focus method is the pomodor technique, but I think that technique is BULLSHIT (its 25m + 5m work blocks). You don't give yourself time to build up that focus momentum. The more momentum you build, the easier it is to keep going.
For day-scaled momentum, stack up small wins (knocking out tasks) early in the day, and watch how that snowball grows.
4. ๐˜ฝ๐™š ๐™Ž๐™ค ๐™€๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™–๐™œ๐™š๐™™, ๐™”๐™ค๐™ช ๐™๐™ค๐™ง๐™œ๐™š๐™ฉ ๐˜ฝ๐™–๐™จ๐™ž๐™˜ ๐™‰๐™š๐™š๐™™๐™จ
This is the ultimate level. When youโ€™re so into your grind that you forget to eat, sleep, or brush your teeth, youโ€™ve officially tapped into that raw, relentless focus. This doesnโ€™t mean neglecting health foreverโ€”itโ€™s about putting your mission first in the moment.
5. ๐™๐™š๐™ข๐™š๐™ข๐™—๐™š๐™ง ๐™’๐™๐™ฎ ๐™”๐™ค๐™ชโ€™๐™ง๐™š ๐˜ฟ๐™ค๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™๐™๐™ž๐™จ
Whenever you start to slip, think about the version of you whoโ€™s already succeeded. What would they do? Would they quit early or keep going? Hold onto that image and let it drive you through those long hours.
This level of commitment isnโ€™t for everyone. Most people donโ€™t have the discipline to push themselves to this extreme. But if you want to stand out, if you want to win so hard that people donโ€™t even know what hit them, this is the kind of grind you need. ๐Ÿš€
