6 Lessons from running a small youtube channel
1.Consistency is important - If I was more consistent with posting I could've achieved all of this in 1 year instead of 4 years 2.Don't rely on adsense - I was running a gaming channel and only made $1.50 per 1000 views. That's not much. If I had a product to sell I could've easily made 100x more money 3.Constantly improve your videos - Keep searching for weak points and try to improve them. I improved my titles, thumbnails and intros. Right now I'm struggling with audience retention so I'm trying to improve my scripts. 4.pick a niche - I know guys like Dan Koe say that 'you are the niche', but the truth is that YouTube has an easier time recommending your videos if you have a clearly defined niche. - I always start a new channel when doing a new niche. Each screenshot here is from a different channel. 5.Don't get distracted - It's so easy to see a shiny new idea you want to chase. It's better if you focus on only 1 thing. I'd be so much further if I put 100% of my effort into 1 channel 6.Do something you enjoy. - If you pick a niche you hate, you're not gonna last long. It's why I stopped posting on all these channels. I hated making videos on these channels.

I know this advice sounds really basic, but sometimes the best advice is very simple
Progression through the Male Advantage guide
Do any of you know how to progress through the male advantage guide and get the ‘reward’ Kris is talking about in the intro video? Also side note, was there a call/video chat earlier today?

Should You Sacrifice Fitness for Financial Gains?
I'm currently working in Marketing Department with a salary of MYR3-4.5K (USD650-1030) per month. Although I do learn a thing or two when it comes to digital marketing, I hated the entire corporate culture -- from traffic jams, being stuck in a cubicle for 50 hours a week and being told what to do by some fat dude in the office. I'm now planning to "build a rocket ship" for my escape. Here are my escape plans as followed: 1. Save enough money from my job (6 months of expenses) 2. Relocate a portion of money as investment funds and learn to trade Since stacking as much bread as I can is the main priority, Ive go through some extreme measures - eating one meal a day, stop eating out and even not subscribing to the gym anymore. However I was quite concerned about the gym part. I feel like the gym would actually give me nett positive in the long run (better health, good physique, clarity) but if I subscribed to the gym monthly (the gym I'm going is subscription based) that means a portion of my salary will be used for the gym's monthly subscription and thus, slower the process of me getting out of my 9-5. My brothers, if saving money to escape your job is your main priority. Would you sacrifice your fitness to achieve that goal? Or you think that fitness is the core of everything? I would like to hear your suggestions, appreciate that!

you can always do a basic & short home exercise 3 times a week. I think completely quitting exercise is a bad idea
