@Oran Asaf yes bro, that’s super anabolic, you’ll have a sick aesthetic fighters physique. Conditioning from the kickboxing and lean tissue & strength from the weights. As long as you fuel and recover correctly, this is a great system

@Oran Asaf the best bang for your buck is: focusing on high quality sleep Clean food especially fats Lifting heavy weights Completing things you should be doing (Work, Training, Business, Homework etc) These 4 things will work in sync and get your test and general feel good factor up 100%
One of many notes on my phone
Imagine closing your eyes for the final time, and when you open them again, you shake hands with a version of yourself. But this version of you is the person who reached your full potential. How would that look? Every decision you made to pursue comfort over the endless possibilities of the unknown, every opportunity you turned down because the outcome was uncertain this person you meet took those opportunities. Only you know what that would look like. It’s different for everyone. But surely, if you had the choice, you would choose to be them. Well, I have good news for you: you do have that choice. From right now, whenever life presents you with a crossroad, don’t take the road of comfort and familiarity. Take the road that is uncertain, where lessons will be learned and your character developed. The road may be difficult, but the destination will be beautiful. We live in a world that provides everyone with everything they need, whenever they need it. Society is soft and weak; masculinity is shunned, and failure is avoided at all costs. Yet failure is the most important aspect of life. You will never grow without experiencing failure, and you will never appreciate success without it. Recognize this, and do not let yourself fall into the trap. Challenge the status quo. Become the best you can be. Discipline, resilience, courage these are crucial traits most people lack in today’s world because they don’t need them to succeed in a life of comfort. Don’t be like everyone else. Don’t listen to naysayers who could never do anything close to what you are capable of doing. Be the 1% by doing what 99% of people won’t do. Never wonder, “What could have been?” Become the person you want to be. It’s you vs. you.

I do have the physique I want but I’ve worked with many people who got their desired physique with my coaching but as soon as they were left to their own devices, unfortunately, a lot of them reverted back to their old habits. And it’s usually their eating habits. From what I’ve seen, the number 1 thing I can boil it down to for people not having the physique they want is lack of discipline. They have all the knowledge in the world, they have the gym available, they can walk outside and get their steps in and they have the money to buy the correct foods. More often than not they just simply don’t exercise discipline with what they eat and how much they’re eating, their body fat slowly creeps up by eating too much and they’re not optimising their protein intake to fuel protein synthesis and recovery. You can’t out exercise a bad diet, but you can out diet a bad exercise program and still look amazing👏

@Muhluri Nkuna only if they’d prefer a meal plan, I usually find that giving them a number of calories and macros to hit works better
Is it me, or is every 20-something year old doing drugs?.
I'm 21 and spend time around people between ages 18 and 25 (mostly cause I'm in university). Most people I've talked to do one of the following: 1. Casual drinking (they get drunk at least once a year) 2. Vaping (this one is very popular. They're always carrying the vape with them) 3. Smoking weed (some guys would even chain smoke on campus 🤣). 4. Cigarette smoking (this is worse than vaping) Where do I go to find non-druggies? The reason this is such a big issue for me: you spend enough time around these guys and they'll start offering you drugs. It was easy to say no early on, but after a while it becomes really tempting and I succumbed a few times When I was 17 I made a promise to myself to avoid all drugs and I'd like to keep it that way
