Meet My AI Clone: What Do You Think?
I created this with just a few clicks, using only a 30-second video to train the model. The result? A clone that looks incredibly realistic! For the parts where the AI might look slightly off, we simply add a frame or edit it to ensure better retention and a more polished final video. I've attached the raw, unedited video here so you can see exactly how it looks. Let me know what you think!

Finding the right fragrance
I have always struggled to find my signature scent! Right now I am looking for a winter scent with a great price. Do you guys have any recommendations or favorite scents?

For winter, Iโ€™d go with something warm and cozy like Spicebomb by Viktor & Rolf or maybe The One by Dolce & Gabbana. Theyโ€™re solid options without breaking the bank. If youโ€™re looking for something cheaper, Zara has some surprisingly good scents too.
The Benefits of Environment
As I prepare to make a move back to London Iโ€™ve been speaking with 2 very successful guys regarding the importance of environment. A personal friend of mine and a member of 1MInternational, we were having a discussion about our new apartments in London. We both agreed the cost was ridiculous and London is extremely expensive. Howeverโ€ฆ We also both agreed that it would be worth every penny. Why? Because of 1 single factor that seems to appear time and time again in success stories. That is: Environment! I have worked in shitholes and I have worked in all singing all dancing every facility required places and I work about 50% harder in the nice places. My friend said the same thing and described how a friend reached ยฃ300k per month when he moved to an expensive house in Fulham. I remember a guy on social media worth ยฃ100m who claimed he got rich after leasing a Ferrari because it changed his mindset and enabled him to land massive deals in property from simply turning up and looking the part. Am I telling you guys to go and spend millions you donโ€™t currently have? Of course not. But itโ€™s food for thought on your current situation. Are you demotivated/lost or are you simply surrounded by negativity and living in an environment thatโ€™s holding you back facilities wise? My other friend who lives in London and drives a Ferrari California, swears that spending ยฃ8k per month on his lifestyle earns him ยฃ50k per month. He said to me, without the apartment, office, car and clothes no one would do business with him. He recently landed a massive deal because another Ferrari owner got speaking with him over the colour of his Ferrari. One thing led to another and now he has an Apple deal for AI with housing. An old boss of mine - worth ยฃ8m once said โ€œeverything's perception Kris, everyone looks like the real deal onlineโ€ as disingenuous as this has become in the modern era, I can vouch for this. I have had money for 4 years now, Iโ€™ve never really flaunted it and always reinvested into my company.

This is gold! Really makes you think about how much your surroundings can impact your mindset and results. Definitely one of those people NEED to take note of.

How to know this post is for you: - You want an easy, effective way to boost your test and growth hormone - You want to become a (better) athlete - You want to max out your physique - You want to lose weight If any of the above correlate with you, KEEP READING. Sprinting is imo one of the best forms of explosive training. But I get how it can be confusing to know what to do in a sprint workout. How many sets?? How far should you sprint??? Rest times?? Should you go all out on every set??? For the past few months I started to get into sprinting, and I found the answers to these questions. I won't waste your time, let's get into it. 1. ๐™’๐˜ผ๐™๐™ˆ ๐™๐™‹ It is very important to warm up so you don't tear a hamstring or injure yourself in any other way. First, do 5 medium light sprints Then do a random combination of 6 of these warm up drills https://youtube.com/shorts/LYm-pkXcG04?si=5RST8ev8Hfb-vF3D 2. ๐™Ž๐™‹๐™๐™„๐™‰๐™๐™„๐™‰๐™‚ Now, the juicy stuff 8x200m (+-30 seconds) MAX EFFORT SPRINTS Sprint as fast as you humanly can for 30 seconds, take 2m 30s rest after each sprint. (make sure to keep moving around a little bit between sets for better recovery and performance) This is gonna be physically and mentally challenging, those negative thoughts might slip in every once in a while. But stay locked in ๐Ÿซก 3. ๐˜ฟ๐™Š๐™‰๐™€ Well.. almost, end it off with a 1km light jog for recovery ๐™Ž๐™‹๐™๐™„๐™‰๐™๐™„๐™‰๐™‚ ๐™„๐™Ž ๐™†๐™‰๐™Š๐™’ ๐™๐™Š ๐˜ฝ๐™Š๐™Š๐™Ž๐™ ๐™๐™€๐™Ž๐™ ๐˜ผ๐™‰๐˜ฟ ๐™ƒ๐™๐™ˆ๐˜ผ๐™‰ ๐™‚๐™๐™Š๐™’๐™๐™ƒ ๐™ƒ๐™Š๐™๐™ˆ๐™Š๐™‰๐™€, ๐™๐™Š๐™‡๐™‡๐™Š๐™’ ๐™๐™ƒ๐™„๐™Ž ๐™’๐™Š๐™๐™†๐™Š๐™๐™ ๐˜ผ๐™‰๐˜ฟ ๐™”๐™Š๐™'๐™‡๐™‡ ๐™๐™€๐˜ผ๐™‹ ๐™”๐™Š๐™๐™ ๐™๐™‰๐™๐˜ผ๐™‹๐™‹๐™€๐˜ฟ ๐™‹๐™Š๐™๐™€๐™‰๐™๐™„๐˜ผ๐™‡ ๐™Š๐™ ๐™Ž๐™‹๐™๐™„๐™‰๐™๐™„๐™‰๐™‚ That's it! - Noah

Fuck I need to start sprinting now!
How should i invest my money living in a third world country!?
i have recently come across a chunk of money about 15 lakh nrp almost (12000 USD), my family usually just puts the money in a fixed deposit account and it was not that bad, but now the interest rates are really low and i don't see a good rate of return on my investment. i would like to know how people from the community would invest this kind of money and the knowledge required to do so, where should the money be invested to have a steady cash flow

Depends on your goals, but diversifying could be smart. Maybe look into low-cost index funds for long-term growth, a small local business for cash flow, or upskilling in something that could bring you income. Real estate could also work if the market is good where you are. Just make sure to keep some liquid for emergencies.
