How Alex Hormozi Solved YouTube
I analyzed 397 Alex Hormozi videos and this video is about what I learned. You might get a lot of value from this, but I'm also look for feedback. What do you think about the the title, thumbnail, hook? Also, is there anything else that stands out? Also is the CTA at 5:01 compelling? (it actually starts ~10 seconds later by that gives some context). Thanks!

@Shane Ferreira Glad you enjoyed! Would you make content on helping Skool owners?
Tips for hiring automation talent as a beginner in business?
I've found myself spending almost 100% of my time into building automations for clients. So the realization that I'm not putting time into actually scaling the business and some extra stuff that has come up into my life is making me considerate hiring. I'm worrying less about getting clients now (which is good, I have a decent predictable strat now) but I'm pretty lost on where to find talent or how to go about this. I know this isn't fully related to this groups topic, but I know there are people into automation/make.com here that could give me a tip or two about this. If not then the mods can just delete this post np.

Hi @Ricardo Taipe If you're going the route of hiring someone on upwork or fiverr, here's the best strat: -write out a detailed description of the task that is as close as possible to what they'd be doing if they worked for you full time -give 10 people the exact same task -hire the best of those 10 for the next jobs Even though it costs more up front, you'll know who is good quickly. This is how I found my editor, and saves so much time and money later down the line. You won't be working with someone, then they're bad so you go to someone else. You'll instantly start with the best person.

@Brentney Parks Exactly. I hired 10 people for one job, and then continued working with the best of those 10 for future jobs.
When hiring a good editor!
Any directions or best step in this manner?

Hi @M J If you're still looking for an editor, I'll share what worked for me. I made a list of 10 potential candidates (people from my audience, on fiverr, etc) and then asked them all to do the exact same task—I paid them to edit the exact same video. While this may seem like a waste, it actually allowed me to figure out who was the best very easily. I hired that guy. Hope this helps!

Hi Muhammad, Here's the hook you have I have built multiple online communities that are thriving and bringing home multiple thousands of dollars every single month. In this video I'm going to show you the exact system which I use to build a successful online community on Skool. Stick around because by the end you'll have not only a system to build out your community but also how to scale it past six and seven figures. Here's how I'd improve it: I've built multiple Skool communities totalling $x/month [INCLUDE EXACT FIGURE]. This is the exact system I used to build my communities that you can use to get $5000/month in just 60 days [or however long you think it'll take for them to get there].

Hi Ahmed up close there's a lot of detail, but sometimes we forget the thumbnails youtube shows are pretty small. I use a website https://www.thumbnailpeak.com/ that shows what the thumbnail will look like in the youtube home page.
