Tips for hiring automation talent as a beginner in business?
I've found myself spending almost 100% of my time into building automations for clients. So the realization that I'm not putting time into actually scaling the business and some extra stuff that has come up into my life is making me considerate hiring. I'm worrying less about getting clients now (which is good, I have a decent predictable strat now) but I'm pretty lost on where to find talent or how to go about this.
I know this isn't fully related to this groups topic, but I know there are people into automation/make.com here that could give me a tip or two about this. If not then the mods can just delete this post np.
