Hi does anyone know of a service or API that can do this? Ideally I want to input a video and then automatically edit in the watermark or logo.

I'm struggling with an error. wondering if you all have a youtube video or resource to help me fix this? I'm trying to make a google meet recording folder watch to auto upload to youtube. and getting an error. I'm looking to understand why and how to fix this, not just get a quick fix. Thank you all!

I run annual in-person B2B conference with about 200 attendees. At the moment I have a social media manager who creates posts 2-3 times a week on all our channels, here is our Instagram account. As you see, we base our visuals on photos from the previous editions of our conference. I am looking for advice on how I could bring automation to generate most of the content using AI. The captions would be easy to automate, but I am wondering how I could automate generation of visuals? For automation I could provide a folder with photos, but is there really a smart way to process those photos, and add few words on them automatically? Thank you very much.

I've found myself spending almost 100% of my time into building automations for clients. So the realization that I'm not putting time into actually scaling the business and some extra stuff that has come up into my life is making me considerate hiring. I'm worrying less about getting clients now (which is good, I have a decent predictable strat now) but I'm pretty lost on where to find talent or how to go about this. I know this isn't fully related to this groups topic, but I know there are people into automation/make.com here that could give me a tip or two about this. If not then the mods can just delete this post np.

Hey all! I wanted to share a recent win around content creation. This month I decided to commit to creating a faceless tiktok channel that gets monetized. No idea where it would go but needed to make a full commitment. This was brought on with me implementing Stephen’s amazing Kontent Story Magic tool. So on 10/6 I started a TikTok channel around AI videos (suuper simple) and posted my first video on 10/7. 3 days later I crossed 10k followers! 3 days after that I crossed 20k followers! I’m now sitting at 25k followers 9 days after launching. With this I was approved for the Creator Reward program on 10/10 (started earning on 10/11 and have earned 1k in 6 days) I’ve also had a ton of opportunities thrown my way. I have had numerous people ask me: -  to share how to create videos like I’ve made and create a tiktok channel like it. - to purchase images (planning on this becoming a dropshipping store too where they can buy it on posters, shirts, etc.) - To collaborate on their successful channels and in other ways (even was offered 70% revenue on running a channel for someone, another monetization idea. DFY) - To create custom images and videos I also haven’t gotten to creating a subscription on the platform where people will pay me monthly. All that is exciting but how do I keep the momentum? Easy, quality and taking the time to do things right. Stephen talks about this often. Also something he’s told me a bit recently, just have fun with it! That’s exactly what I’m doing even though my more recent videos aren’t as big of a hit as the first few. I know it will come. Keep spending way more time on making the video look good (probably what feels like too much). Engaging, movement throughout, quicker cuts, etc. Doing this I believe has set me apart as I look at competitors in this space. To achieve the quality I was looking for I have been creating all of this manually (for now). As I dial in prompts and flow, I’ll be utilizing KSM v2 to automate the video creation much more. I don’t foresee this being fully automated as to achieve quality, I think you need the human touch.
