As I was putting our toddler to bed…
I came back into the room where Alyssa was resting, I saw that she’d been watching the monitor, as we were both regulated and we often disagree on night time boundaries that we hold with our 3 y/o I asked how she felt about the 3 boundaries that I set with our toddler. This was a small way of me having a small “minimum standard of care” conversation with her. If you were having a similar convo, how would you want to be approached outside of your weekly meeting?

I would love a little more clarification on the 3 boundaries you mention.

I like all of those as boundaries. The approach we use is to check in with the other person to see if in that moment they have the mental capacity at that moment to discuss things and then go through the topic we need to cover.
If you could choose one household responsibility...
That you could magically waive a wand and it would be done everyday, physical, cognitive or emotional...what would it be?
