I’ve finally prioritized my sleep schedule, which helps waking up early and doing what I love in the morning and get my workout done before 7am This is Day 2 of getting into an alpha class I love, and it really jumpstarts my day. And it’s energy carried into my mood and helps raise those dopamine levels so that i fell like I can do all things

@Eddie Dean if stacking miles is the mission, for me the number 1 thing is just lacing up. was not feeling it today, convinced myself let’s just go run 2 miles, and ended up logging 4. Just showing up and getting out there will get you closer every day. Also as Nathan will probably tell you and many others here as well, slow work is just as productive. Keep your slow days slow. It’s not easy to run 12 minute miles. I used to get egotistical and had trouble doing it, but zone 2 work is important for building a solid aerobic base.
