10 DAY CHALLENGE
Post your daily win for the day. This could be in the gym, at your job, running, or anything in life that progressed you forward. It's all about getting 1 percent better every single day. After the 10 days I'll choose a winner randomly, and send them over a package of electrolytes and creatine.

Step by step
“A journey of one thousand miles begins with a single step.” It's so easy to look at the ''thousand miles'' and feel stuck. The same concept applies with building a personal brand. You must take it day by day, and one step at a time. Yes, it's great to have goals, such as hitting your first 10k followers. But this only happens by putting systems in place and taking the right steps every single day. Really take in the content from month 1, it will help set up the foundation to a very successful account.

Patience
Remember that building a personal brand takes a lot of patience and consistency. You can't build a personal brand in 2 weeks. It takes months of putting systems in place. Be in it for the long game, and you will win so big. Feel free to share any of your posts or ideas in the chat. Have a great day everyone!

Learning from failures
What do you do when things go wrong? Do you give up on everything? This weekend I had to drop out of my marathon due to full body cramps. But I'm hungrier than ever to crush my next prep. This is fuel to the fire.
