Simplify Your Message - Confused Minds Don't Buy
As a copywriter, your job is to make complex ideas easy to understand. So, when you write, keep things simple. Avoid using complicated words or jargon that could confuse people. Whether your audience is full of experts or beginners, the goal is to make your message clear and easy to follow, no matter how much they know about the topic. 🔴 WHY IT'S IMPORTANT 🔴 - Hard-to-understand words can lose your reader’s attention. - Simple, clear language helps more people connect with your message. 🔴 WHAT TO DO 🔴 1️⃣ Simplify Your Words: Turn complex ideas into easy-to-understand points. Use everyday language. 2️⃣ Test It: Ask someone who doesn’t know your topic to read your copy. If they don’t get it, simplify it more. 3️⃣ Make It Clear: Make sure your message is easy to understand right away — no explanations needed.

What's The BEST Copywriting Niche? 👀
👉 Question: From @omesh - "I am just starting out and dont know which niche to go for. Can u guys suggest some niche for beginners?" 👉 Answer: There is no "best" niche. This is a common myth. There's no one hidden niche that's gonna automatically get you a million clients. Instead, the best niche is simply qualifying the businesses you outreach to. Is it an online business that sells online products/services? Do they use copywriting and have marketing set up already? Do they have a sales funnel working? Are they making decent money and not a complete beginner business owner? Do they have people that work for them and understand the importance of hiring a copywriter? These are some examples of qualifications/questions to ask yourself. BUT, if you still need help on niche, here's a YT video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YO_mQ0CpWYM

@Mehdi Abedi, it all depends on what you’re offering them. Scripts, emails, social media, etc. What’re you offering?

@Mehmet Isik, a good rule of thumb is to think about where they'll actually see your message. In this case, if it were me, I'd be more likely to reach out via Instagram first since it's their smaller platform and it's more casual than an email. So, maybe shoot them a DM on IG to start. But make sure you keep it friendly and casual like you're talking to a friend. Too 'professional' comes off as robotic and impersonal (which is huge for those who copy & paste countless AI outreach messages...) Then, if they respond, you can start with small talk and even give them tidbits of info on how they can improve their copy (without asking for a sale or trying to get them to work with you). See how they respond, and go from there. They may take your advice, they may not. If they do, great - keep the conversation going and let them know you're open to helping and offer to answer any questions they may have. Eventually, the more you show you know what you're talking about, the more likely they are to use your services when the time comes for that conversation. OR, if they don't need it, they may know someone who does. If they DON'T respond via IG, send a follow-up after a few days or so, in case it got missed in their inbox. AND/OR you could respond to one of their stories. If no response, you can send them an email.

@Matiss Riekstins, being 100% honest, I’d either completely ignore responding to this, or just shut it down immediately. You started off by replying to his story, which is great, but when he answered, you didn’t even respond back to it.. you just went right into the sale. That disregards any potential curiosity you had before, and people can see right through that. He probably thought you were actually interested in his response, but by going right into a sale, it would make it clear you were just trying to find an “in”, to pitch your idea of hiring you. If you had a conversation with the guy, and later mentioned you’d noticed he didn’t have a sales page (without selling), and asked him why he didn’t have one, it would seem more genuine. He may currently have someone building one for him, or maybe never thought to have one, or maybe he gets his sales some other way. Be curious, be genuine, and hold off on the sale. Just talk to people, and eventually if it makes sense to do so, THEN you can present your opportunity to them..

@Matiss Riekstins Really depends at this point because I would've been a bit more engaged in replying right from the beginning - rather than giving the bare minimum/one word answers. Presuming you looked into his content prior to following him / him reaching out, when he asked you his first question, you could've answered with something like: "For the content in general but, since you asked, I took a look around and couldn't find an answer to .... *insert specific fitness question here*, what're your thoughts on that?" Now you're engaging in a conversation because you're asking open ended questions. He would've either replied with something like, "Oh damn, you're right, that's a great question, here's my answer....." OR "I actually made a video/post about that a LONG time ago, and can send you the think if you want. / Maybe it's time I create an updated piece of content covering that". HOWEVER, since you did not engage, which led the conversation to die... Then, I would suggest you do some research on the guy, find out if he's got a Newsletter/email list and if he does sign up to it, read the emails he sends and REWRITE A FEW OF THEM. Then you can compile them in a Google Doc, reach out to him and say you joined his Newsletter, and while you enjoyed the content, you feel it could be better - which is why you rewrote a few of his emails if he's interested in taking a look, with zero obligation or expectation if he does. ONLY send the link IF he says yes (NOT BEFORE). IF he says NO, ask him what his reasoning is. You want to understand his objection so you can respond accordingly.
