Self - Warming 🔥
Over the past few days, I have been experimenting with self warming, using the fire element to warm myself, I had this idea after Saturdays elements meditation, I am looking forward to when I can go into snowy weather in shorts and a shirt! 😁

Meditation July
I am going to try to meditate daily in July in a mixture of live sessions and replays. Looking forward to aligning with the state more and more and taking it into my day! 👊

Hello everyone in the academy, hope you are all well. I am Jess, I live in England uk. Near Stonehenge, it is beautiful living here. I am an outdoors person, rubbish with technology! I have been riding motorbikes since I was 6, and have been interested in martial arts from about the same age. I have trained in taekwondo when I was in my early teens and Ninpo in my 30s. Super excited to be here in the academy with you all. 🙏🏼

It’s never the thing that is the thing!!
Whenever we get angry, upset or experience any kind of emotion (negative or positive), the common reaction is to Blame/give credit to the person, place or situation for how we feel.. From a more conscious perspective, we begin to realise that nothing outside of ourselves can make us feel a certain way! We have the energy within us (frustration, anger, sadness, guilt etc) and we project it onto people, places, things in our environment. Once we start to take responsibility for our energy/how we feel, we can begin to let it go and set ourselves free from it.. This is called, Personal Power!!! 🙏🙏🙏
