Be Honest... Who Does In-Season Training Here?
Once upon a time I thought the off-season was the only time I needed to prioritize off-ice strength training. Until I starting learning more about how developing strength actually works as a hockey player. But the fact is no coach ever told me. Had I known, I would've just stayed at it and done it all a whole lot earlier. But why am I saying this? 1) You need to keep plugging away at strength training during the season. 2) Here's how I'm going to help the top 1% of this group. (Paid Community Coming Soon) 3) I've Created 3 Tiers of In-Season Off-Ice Training Programs - Tier 1 - Beginners In-Season Off-Ice Training Program (Bodyweight Dominant) - Tier 2 - Intermediate In-Season Off-Ice Training Program - Tier 3 - Jr, College & Pro In-Season Off-Ice Training Program Tomorrow their will be a major announcement on how to get access. Backhand
I'm a winger and i stand in front of the net to get most my goals should I be practicing my back hand right by my net off ice as if I'm battling for the puck?

Definitely! Practicing back hands helps a ton even if your not right infront of the net!
Foods
Would anyone be able to help me with foods to eat to maintain my weight 165 but also look my belly a bit and love handles as I'm senior in hs doing hs hockey and dk what foods to eat to do that but also be lean/good

I would say a lot of lean meats and a ton of vegetables. The thing that has helped when starting to eat clean is just cut out junk food entirely. It’s hard at first but then you don’t crave it after a week or so. But since it’s clean food you are going to have to eat a lot more than normal because processed food has a lot more calories and is meant to make you feel full. This was just based off of my experience!
