Staying consistent
Ran another 26mins, I made it just over 3K. What I did differently today was at around the 12min mark, I would keep a consistent 7km/h pace but every minute I would crank it to 9.5-9.8km/h. Felt great!!💪🔥 I kept running for about 8mins after the 26mins.

Irish 3/4 Marathon!! ✅
Completed the Irish 3/4 Marathon Yesterday (31.6km). The first 20k was alright but the last 10k was a struggle. Had to dig deep for it but thats what we do here 💪 Hoping to build up to full Marathon distance next year as I'm planning on doing the Dublin Marathon in 2025 🔜

Festival season: time to enjoy haha! Was out at my gym time, will continue tomorrow! Experienced gymbros: should I go tomorrow 2 times? Like back in morning and legs in evening?

Intro
Just realized I never did an intro! Hello everyone! I’m Keith, 23 from Indiana, US. I’m a big endurance guy and spent the last few years checking off some life goals. I did an Ironman last November and actually just finished my first marathon yesterday. I love the gym, hiking, and everything included with living a healthy life. Back= 4sets of pull ups till failure = 3 sets of single arm lat pulldowns 10-12 reps = cable row 4 sets 8-12 reps = 5 sets of light deadlifts 15-20 reps Biceps = 3 sets incline dumbbells 10-12 reps = 3 sets hammer curls 10-15 reps = 2 sets till failure 21’s ez bar curls Trying to incorporate more running, and weights! You should try it too!
