My 3 M’s for an optimal morning routine
3 M’s Find a way to make this your own. Here’s an example of mine. Mindfulness - Meditation or breath works. Movement - Exercise, mobility work or stretch. Mindset- Do something you like. I enjoy listening to personal growth books or podcasts featuring the authors I’m currently listening or reading. Journaling has been something recently added to it and I’m truly enjoying it. The common mistake I see is people trying to make an hour out of all of this, but only having 30 minutes do what you can and as you reap the benefits of a structure morning routine you’ll start to set aside more time in the future. Sunday fasting!
Hey guys! I will be doing the fasting again 😃💪🏽 I want to also do intermittent fasting the rest of the week and find out how i perform. If anyone else is interested and want to experience what fasting can do and fee form your mind and body. Comment below so we can share experiences

I am unsure of how I would feel a full 24-48 but I do fast most mornings through the afternoon and then have a good dinner meal, does that count 🫠

When I start feeling awake, prior to opening my eyes I begin affirmations. I clear my mind of anything negative and I flush all of my thoughts with positive ones. Then I pray and say what I’m thankful for, even things I don’t currently have. Manifestation is my way of building my future before it happens and this part for me is key! I do want to begin writing again 🫠🤍💭
Anxiety
Vulnerability alert🚨 I had never felt the feeling of anxiety until five or six years ago. I did not understand it until I actually experienced sleepless nights that turned into months that turned into years. Here are some things that I learned and help me relieve some of the anxiety and made it ultimately something I could actually manage. Going for a walk: Walking increases blood flow and oxygen to the brain, which can trigger the release of endorphins, serotonin, and other neurochemicals that can improve mood and reduce anxiety. Endorphins are natural brain chemicals that can make you feel good and improve your sense of well-being. Grounding: Find five things you can see, four things you can touch, three things you can hear, two things you can smell and one thing you can taste. Focus: Focus what I can control and not what I cannot. anxiety is a fear of unpredictable future events, such as bad things happening or not being able to accomplish something. It can feel like a warning and can cause people to feel nervous, concerned, fearful, or watchful for danger. So anxiety is when we worry about something in the future. And usually that never happens. Here’s a great stoic quote that helped me understand it. “A coward dies a thousand times, a hero dies but once" means that a person who lacks courage suffers the feared effects of death many times, while the valiant person doesn't think about death until it arrives.

The “WHY” behind the SKOOL community
In the past few years I've had the opportunity to work in the health and fitness world & I have met many clients that became friends. Through these times, I realized we are all playing the same game of life, some of us are just in different levels of the game. I have found it extremely valuable when we share information or perspectives that can solve a problem you’re currently trying to solve . It can save sometimes days or even months of time. So I thought if I get so much value from talking to one person, imagine having a community of friends that can share ideas and philosophies to solve problems some of us are going through now. Whether it’s life or in business, I'm certain someone in the community can relate a be of help! I've also learned that in life what truly makes us feel fulfilled comes from growing and giving. Learning and sharing. The purpose of this community is to be of service to others by providing information that you think is valuable to physical health, mental and emotional well-being, relationships and social connections, and personal and professional growth.
