4 week baseline
Am I the only newbie struggling with how to figure my baseline for the 4 week spread sheet? I would like to figure mine tomorrow so I can get after it Monday. I’ve been using kettle bells just doing a few basic moves off of the video so far enough to be dangerous.

@Nate Dye thanks for that. I was feeling a bit inbetween - swinging 32 but just worked up to every 2min. Think I’ll compress the rest period though and go down a size 😩

Where are you from? Scotland What's your nickname? Jonny/JR Favorite Kettlebell Exercise? Swing Least Favorite Kettlebell Exercise? Get-up, I think the name of this and my movement contradict each other. I can’t get up 🤣 What do you need immediate help with inside this community? Routine and possibly movement help. Think I have them but bounce ideas of others would be amazing

That 4-week program is LEGIT
I discovered Sean and Grant during covid---I had some kettlebells and was familiar with the simple and sinister protocol. That said---I thought I was pretty strong doing 32kg swings and like 55lbs getups. Then I followed a program very similar to the one they laid out in the 4-week FLAGSHIP and it took me to 40kg 1Hswings, 48KG 2H swings (up to 200 in 20min) and triple 48kg getups. If you are at all skeptical---don't be---you will get SUPER strong

Awesome @Jacob Nuesser Did you manage to do that in 4 weeks or was it longer? If longer, did you just repeat it with the heavier weight?
How Do You Guys Track Your Sets?
@Taylor Thompson mentioned he likes to use quarters and drop them in a bucket and hears the satisfying clink at the end of each set. It got me thinking…our style of training emphasizes a lot of sets. I am particular to using the Seconds Pro app to track mine, but what about you guys? Anyone creative ways to track your sets? Nate

@Nathan Visser I watched somebody do them as a side lunge instead. Thought that might be a good idea as it takes away that awkward side hip hinge
