4 week baseline
Am I the only newbie struggling with how to figure my baseline for the 4 week spread sheet? I would like to figure mine tomorrow so I can get after it Monday. I’ve been using kettle bells just doing a few basic moves off of the video so far enough to be dangerous.

Training Space
What's your training environment like? Do you need quiet, solitude, company, music, cold, warm, light, dark?? Bonus points for pics In the house we were renting I had a pretty big room with high ceilings and lots of natural light, it was awesome. The only problem was it was right off the kitchen and I found my family couldn't resist trying to talk to me and I would either have to ignore them in the middle of a set or grunt out a reply 😅. It was also hot as hell in there. We bought a house and I have most of the basement which is great, lots of room and much cooler temperature. The problem with it is the ceilings are lower and much less natural light. I have some painting to do and I'm replacing the floors to make the space my own but I'll always be thinking of those high ceilings lol

My work has a fitness center I use before work. I think I am the only one that’s used the KB’s there even thought vim just starting. I have to have metal in my ears unless walking or running I use pod cast.
