Welcome to another Expert!
@Christopher Delaney is a black belt in BJJ and academy instructor in New York. We met online several years ago and have stayed in touch and I've learned a ton from him! If you have any questions on defensive tactics, bjj or whatever else he is an amazing resource and I'm pumped to have in the group!

This was my work week this week. Level one Gracie Survival Tactics. If you all are looking for a good course I would highly recommend going through a GST course.

A lot of good things! They did send me to it. It is a lot of solo moves that end in handcuffing. Level two is with partner moves and vehicle extraction.
