I am always reminded that there is NO HIGH SPEED. It is only the basics. When you move into a more advanced position in whatever it is you are doing it is simply the basics done faster and better. Bjj, firearms, nutrition, training and anything else is all just learning how to apply the principles of the basics faster and more precise. Stick with the basics and these will push you forward.
