I snapped these photos today to show how the legs are coming along. Progress like this has always been about consistency—not expecting drastic results overnight. The key is falling in love with the process: showing up every day, striving to be better than you were yesterday, training harder than before, and focusing on progress, not perfection. It’s the accumulation of daily efforts and consistent progressive overload over time that leads to massive results. The challenge is that most people struggle with consistency, often falling into the trap of being consistently inconsistent. Stay the course, and the results will follow.

Over the years, I’ve trained thousands of people. I’ve seen different levels of commitment, different levels of grit, and countless reasons why people choose to embark on this journey. But every once in a while, someone extraordinary comes along—someone who doesn’t just follow instructions but embodies them. @Bernadett Csaszar is one of those rare individuals. From the start, she’s taken every single directive, every piece of advice, and applied it with unwavering precision. There’s a look in her eye that tells me she’s not here to go halfway; she’s here to give her all. She has the fire, the hunger to push past limits and do the hard things without hesitation. Bernadett doesn’t just want change—she’s willing to earn it. I can see that resolve in the way she trains, in the way she shows up every day, and in how she tackles every challenge I set for her. All about abs
“Some train their abs in hopes they’ll appear, whilst others wait until they’re clear.” Many people perform abdominal exercises, ad infinitum ad nauseum, in a desperate attempt to make them visible, not realising that ab exercises alone won’t do the trick. Visible abs come from reducing body fat levels. Leading up to this picture taken today, I hadn’t performed any direct ab work—I only start training my abs once they start getting out of hibernation. Get lean first, then sculpt. The best “ab exercises” are: 1. Push away from the table 2. Put down the fork 3. Pull the fridge and pantry shut Training for a six-pack alone is like bobbing your head to lose a double chin—it’s the full approach that matters. Focus on these five: • Diet Deficit (prioritise protein) • Strength Train • Step Count • Sleep Hygiene • Consistency Abs are built in the gym, revealed in the kitchen and maintained with discipline.
