Personality tests have been around for decades, and come in many shapes/sizes/forms. The science behind them is strong, but the results are often misinterpreted or misused. The thing is, understanding our personality and our strengths sets a strong foundation of what areas of improvement we might need. Reflecting on your own personality and strengths only goes so far, sometimes you need an outside perspective. Here is my question. Have you ever completed a personality test?
