Yearly Employee Performance Review meeting
Soon, I will have my yearly performance review meeting with my managers. 😅 Do you have any tips on preparing and presenting during such a review meeting?

My LinkedIn doesnt work
I need to verify my LinkedIn account with my ID, when that’s done the workshop would be also done. Is there any other way to watch the workshop?

DISC Assessment - Know your Personality
Personality tests have been around for decades, and come in many shapes/sizes/forms. The science behind them is strong, but the results are often misinterpreted or misused. The thing is, understanding our personality and our strengths sets a strong foundation of what areas of improvement we might need. Reflecting on your own personality and strengths only goes so far, sometimes you need an outside perspective. Here is my question. Have you ever completed a personality test? Did you find the results helpful? If I could get you FREE (or very low-cost) access to a validated one, would you be interested in taking it? Comment below

DISC Assessment - Know your Personality
New Course Outline - Feedback Request
Team, 2 Asks: - your feedback - decide if this community is for you Over the past couple of weeks, I have sought feedback about what would be most valuable to you in three ways: 1) I DM’d our most engaged members directly 2) I did a LinkedIn poll with over 145 votes 3) I conducted an online survey using SurveyMonkey where over 100 people responded Using this feedback, I learned that people generally want help in the following areas. - clearer priorities - more productive meetings - strategies to grow in their career - time management tips and approaches It all boiled down to this one idea that people want to grow in their careers but feel stuck while managing the increasing demands outside of work. Pulling all this feedback together, I developed a very brief course outline for a course called “The Career Accelerator” This course outline now appears in the Classroom Tab. I would really appreciate if you took a brief look and provided your feedback in the comments below or via DM. Please be critical. Once we land on a structure, we will build this course together. Each module will be built and launched with feedback sought along the way so that it delivers on the promise. For those that are NOT interested in this community, please don’t feel obliged to stay in the (no hard feelings), we now have a waiting list that is growing daily. As a thank you, I will keep your email list on hand and notify you when the community and courses are complete in case you want back in. Thank you for your participation. Comment below or DM directly.

The #1 Reason for Getting Promoted at Work?
I'm curious based on your experience. What do you think is the most important reason someone gets promoted within a company? Share your thoughts on why you select that response. If none apply, what would you add?
