It’s true. I then failed statistics in 2nd year University. Failure is not a bad thing, it’s actually where the learning begins. My journey is an interesting one, and I will share more of over time as we interact, but what I want you to know now is that have accumulated so much knowledge and experience about getting the best out of people and teams, I sometimes don’t know where to start. I have so much content to share, courses to develop and ideas to discuss. What better way than in a community such as this. At some point in the near future, there will be a price of entry. This will be a filter for quality and ensure that our community is made of similarly minded people. Lots more to come. Oh, you may not know but I’m a student once again (doctorate in leadership) after a long career as an executive in a publicly trade company. What’s been your biggest failure?
