Need 5 Beta Testers For The MindGym 2.0
This is only for Swimmer PARENTS: I'm looking for 5 parents who want to go thru my brand new Anxiety Advantage mini course. I've condensed everything I've learned in the last 15 years about the DO's and DONT's of swimmer parents into 5 short videos. You'll get early access to the Anxiety Advantage and in return I just want your honest feedback. Comment "🦄" if you want to be one of the 5 Beta Testers.

Turning EVERYTHING Into Fuel: A Lesson from Michael Phelps 🐐
Picture this: Michael Phelps, already a swimming superstar, is at a dinner... Some random swim mom tells him he has NO chance of winning the 100m butterfly at the Olympics. Ouch, right? But guess what? Phelps used that doubt to FIRE HIM UP. He won gold, beating his teammate who was the world record holder! 🥇 This is what's called the "Everything is Motivation" mindset. It means taking ALL your experiences – good or bad – and using them to get better. Think about it: - Bad practice? Use it to push harder tomorrow. - Someone trash-talking you? Use it to crush them in the pool. 😈 - Disappointing race? Use it to learn from your mistakes. Phelps even used that swim mom's negativity to fuel his Olympic win! "Remember how [that swim mom] told me I could never win the 100m butterfly? Well, what’s up now?" - Michael Phelps Here's the deal: Waiting to "feel" motivated is a trap. Motivation is a CHOICE. You can choose to use EVERYTHING as fuel to reach your goals. What SPECIFICALLY do you do to choose motivation every day? Can you share what works for you? Let's chat about it in the comments! 👇

***UPDATE: This only concerns members at Level 1 - Lurker*** I’d absolutely HATE to remove you from the MindGym FREE group. You’re here because you deserve access to a proven way to overcome pre-race anxiety—a way that’s helped swimmers from Olympic champions to age-groupers. But let’s be real about why you’re here… - School hasn’t taught it. - Swim coaches can’t focus on it with their packed schedules and big groups - And as parents, you want to help, but sometimes the best intentions add to the pressure. Pre-race anxiety isn’t about swimming “tougher.” It’s about mastering the mind. Science backs what we’re teaching here, and I’ve seen it work 100's of times over. So, the question isn’t if the MindGym works. The question is: 🚨 Are you willing to do the work? Is the pain of watching yourself underperform when it matters most greater than the discomfort of making a change? Starting in November, we’re clearing out members who aren’t engaging. I don’t want the biggest group—I want the most successful, happy, and committed swimmers and parents. If you’re ready to make MindGym your game-changer, here are 6 ideas: 1. Check your DMs and text me back 2. Introduce yourself in the START HERE post 3. Grab the 30-Day Improvement Plan 4. Register for the next Live Training: "The Ultimate Pre-Race Checklist for Nationals" 5. Comment on posts to support and connect with other members 6. Use the tools in the Classroom and share what’s working (or what isn’t) Don’t make me remove you from the community. Get active, and I promise you'll even surprise yourself with the results that come from consistent action. PS: If you get to Level 5 - National Swimmer like @Luiza Koziol, you get a free 1-1 coaching session with me.

Competition results
Hi my names Aoife and I'm 12 years old. I had a gala last weekend and I'm really happy with my performance. I got a pb on my 50 breaststroke which I was shocked about cus it's my worst stroke. I dropped 4 seconds in 1 month over 2 galas ! I also got pbs on 3 other races , 100 fly , 200 I'm , 100 back. I've got some more big galas coming up this month and with David's course I'm feeling confident and ready to get some more pbs. I have a few friends in my club who struggle with races anxiety so I shared mind gym with them. I feel alot more confident with no nerves when I go up for my races. I also got 4 golds, 2 silvers and 1 bronze.
