Day 4: Staying Locked In! 🔒🤘🏻
Honestly, I’m feeling good, but it hasn’t been easy. The cravings to fall back into old habits are real, especially when I’m tired. But I’ve been staying disciplined. waking up early, hitting my workouts, and sticking to my routine. The biggest thing for me right now is staying mentally strong. It’s easy to let thoughts creep in, but I keep reminding myself why I started this journey. Every day I push through, I’m getting closer to the person I want to become. One step at a time. How’s everyone else holding up?

It’s a daily struggle my guy I’m trying to hang in there but definitely I feel the pull of my old routines calling me everyday that’s why I’m trying to remain active in this group so I shame myself into staying the course but trust it’s not easy and it not supposed to be
“When You Know Your Worth, You Don’t Lose People. People Lose You.” 💡
Monk Mode isn’t just about breaking bad habits or leveling up your routine—it’s about knowing your worth, your potential, and stepping into the person you’re meant to be. Sometimes, that can feel lonely. Friends or family might not fully get what you’re doing or why you’re making these changes, and that’s okay. The truth is, when you start evolving, not everyone will come along for the ride. You might feel isolated or misunderstood, but remember this: you’re not losing people—they’re losing the version of you that stayed stuck. You’re growing into someone stronger, more focused, and more disciplined. Those who truly support your journey will stick by you. The rest? They’ll either catch up or fall behind. This process isn’t easy, but it’s necessary for becoming your best self. Trust that what you’re doing is worth it, and keep pushing forward. Stay focused on your goals, and never doubt your value. You’re not alone in this. We’re all on this path together. Let’s keep evolving and becoming the people we’re meant to be. 💪🏾🔥 Anyone else feeling that shift in energy as you grow? Drop your thoughts below! 👇🏾

@Isaac Abadi @Jordan Washington friends definitely used to be a hamper on some of my lifestyle choices but it was also my fault because I either gave them too much access or I would actively seek them out because my lower self didn’t want to be bored or lonely but sometimes we have to embrace the boredom and the loneliness because that’s where change happens also it easier to make new friends with good habits than making old friends adopt new ones not saying you should forget about your old friends but there’s a time and a place for everybody it’s more for you to hone your discernment about what’s appropriate
Day 3
“What entertains you is what trains you, Your inputs are your outputs” don’t let anyone or anything’s negative or skewed perspective on reality stop you from your OWN personal development. Nobody else is responsible for your future but YOU. And it starts with your habits NOW. Be mindful of the content you consume and that includes the conversations you have. Even the ones you have with yourself in your head. Make sure everything lines up with the goals for yourself. Easy task- Ask yourself, is what you’re doing, watching, or spending time with right now, something the version of“You” that you dream of would do?” I realized I need to spend more time meditating and praying. Those are the things that I haven’t checked off consecutively on my tracker. Meaning I’ve forced myself to be hyper productive instead of giving myself time for gratitude and grounding. Finding ways to incorporate this more often since I know it’s only going to HELP me. Can’t run from our own thoughts! Let’s keep being great!

Prayer and meditation is a exercise in patience something I struggle with too because we want progress all too fast but we have to remind ourselves that true change takes time and repeated effort

@Heather Dunphy exactly especially living in the times of instant gratification we think anything we want should happen instantly

I’ve been reading extreme ownership talks about being a leader from the Navy seals perspective takes you through numerous scenarios where you have to make hard decisions for people and take accountability for not only you mistakes but the mistakes of the people you lead. It’s about how a good leader takes none of the credit, but all of the blame. An honorable mention is the organized mind I read it a month ago but very relevant to this challenge and hacking your brain to do what you want it to
Day 3/30
Just crashed my morning routine. Full of energy to conquer the day. Onto Day 3 of the Monk mode. Remember this champs; "If you think you are beaten, you are, If you think you dare not, you don't If you like to win, but you think you can't, It is almost certain you won't. "If you think you'll lose, you're lost For out of the world we find, Success begins with a fellow's will- It's all in the state of mind. "If you think you are outclassed, you are, You've got to think high to rise, You've got to be sure of yourself before You can ever win a prize. "Life's battle don't always go To the strongest or faster man, But soon or late the man who wins Is the man WHO THINKS HE CAN!" Have a wonderful day ahead folks. 🔥🔥
