Booksellers
Does anyone here sell books? Curious how it is for you. What kind of books do you sell? What challenges do you face? How do you source?

What a cool post. We have about 1000 books and we focus on hardcovers only and of course, all the other criteria that follow but not always available. We’re not even selling books because we need to we just love books.
Men's Brand STR Table - Mid-level brands, free to use
Hey everyone, @Jerry Wilson inspired me to start being a little more intentional about doing actual research with hard data. So I starting compiling a spreadsheet of Men's brands and sell-through rate for various eBay categories. These brands are not all of the high-end brands that you typically hear about and rarely find. I wanted a spreadsheet with all of the brands that I commonly find so that I would know what's worth picking up. There were definitely some surprises in here. Link to the sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CZXTJia4DWJBj9DV-65u8-kXT7tR3mdoqZgxhwxlZlI/edit?usp=sharing Here's how I calculated the STR on these: - Searched for a brand in the search bar (e.g. Bonobos) - Used the filters on the side to get to a specific category (e.g. Men's clothing > Shirts > Polos) - Divided total sold in last 90 days to total currently listed (e.g. 4,000 sold / 12,000 listed = 33%) - Went through each relevant eBay category for each brand on the sheet I wanted to make this free to use for anybody else who is curious about these lower-mid level brands. There is money to be made if you are able to source these items for $1-3 and okay with an ASP of $12-25. I source almost everything for $1, so this meets my metrics. Let me know if you have any questions. GOD BLESS YOU ALL! P.S. If there are any common brands I'm missing, please feel free to suggest. I'll be updating this resource as time permits.

@Red West this reminds me of another book I have read photographed below. This morning I enjoyed this personal highlight. See, I have a 4k plus store and have to change a lot of moving pieces. My general philosophy has to change in order to change the core of my business model. Anyway, the point of my study is improvise, adapt, and overcome challenges. From whatnot to eBay we have much to learn. ~Robert / Lorna is the owner and my partner for clarification.
