Vero's come for many reasons, often not clear to us. It could be as simple as "Unauthorized seller" Looking at the pictures, I don't see anything that would VERO it, but I've seen people VERO'd for not being an authorized seller or using a keyword they don't want you to use because it's specific to their item. Sorry this happened, it's extremely frustrating.

Mine are down! But I am taking two much needed vacation! Sucks because Q4 is where it's at, but a vacation fits my needs for this month!

Shipping is absolutely fair! And as the buyer, I get it...he's paying what he thinks is a lot of money for shipping for a preowned item. It is fair for him to think that. But he's also telling you what he thinks is a fair price which tells you where he's at. Check your metrics, if it meets what you need, then accept. If you have any moments of hesitancy, decline and thank the person. It'll give you piece of mind. I've had a few customers send me similar comments and they were great. One of the items, I explained that I couldn't accept the offer because I would lose money and the buyer was understanding and appreciative. Most of the people I've dealt with have been good on eBay.
