Day 12, 13, 14/30 Still trucking along. Really really trying to stay motivated. Some days are easy and others are a struggle.
Protein powder
Curious if any one else uses RYSE protein powder. I currently have the the marshmallow flavor and am completely loving it. Smells good and tastes good.

Family diet
I’m on the struggle bus BIG TIME! Mostly with the diet. What do you all do if you’re cooking for a family? I just can’t seem to find a balance between a healthy diet for myself and making meals for my three very active kids.

This week I’m going to: 1. log EVERYTHING I put into my mouth 2. workout at least three days this week 3. work on a blanket I’m crocheting

5 day repeat
Hello y’all! I have a question regarding cardio. I’m currently in a power chair so obviously I don’t go for pushes. I have a Concept 2 SkiErg at home. But, right now, I’m not at home. I’ve been helping my mom out as she had total knee replacement surgery. My question is, what kind or how should I be approaching cardio? I can do the weights but cardio days are the issue for me. Thoughts? I’m restarting the 5 day Challenge btw. My kids kept me super busy over the weekend with a track meet. So, tomorrow day one it is!!!
