Hello y’all! I have a question regarding cardio. I’m currently in a power chair so obviously I don’t go for pushes. I have a Concept 2 SkiErg at home. But, right now, I’m not at home. I’ve been helping my mom out as she had total knee replacement surgery. My question is, what kind or how should I be approaching cardio? I can do the weights but cardio days are the issue for me. Thoughts?
I’m restarting the 5 day Challenge btw. My kids kept me super busy over the weekend with a track meet. So, tomorrow day one it is!!!
