Hey everybody, does anybody have a fix for the chat widget on websites having an initial slow response? Is this delay from GHL recognizing there is a live chat / chat widget trigger to activate the bot? Is it a delay on the AI's part? Any input would be much appreciated.

I have a GHL subaccount that is on Central Time in the settings, has contact time zone turned off, yet Assistable always pulls the calendar as if it's in Mountain Time, leading to scheduling mismatches in the system. You can see that when I go to add the calendar is says that it's on America/Boise and I don't know how to change it. When the assistant pulls the times in the conversation it's pulling them in Mountain Time instead of Central Time. Can anyone point me to where I can change this setting to Central Time? @Sam Hickey - can you watch this thread today?

1. Are we able to assign an assistant to a specific chat widget in HL? We have 2 different functions for the assistant based of the 2 different widgets. One is for website and the other is for a landing page where there is no need for prequalifying etc just to answer specific questions around the offer. In the wf there is only one option for reply channel which is live chat, so do I prompt this somehow? 2. Where in my agency account do I add in THE CLIENTS API key? I have mine connected but I want the clients to directly connect their own. I thought this was possible, no?

Does anyone know where the recordings from the voice orb widget are held? It use to be under a tab inside the configuration but now I can't find them? @Jorden Williams

Has anyone been using voice AI for this? I started testing this on 600 leads Monday, says it used 3091 mins in 2 days but I cant seem to figure out how, since only 9 transfers were sent over. I think it may be getting caught up on VM, even though its off, and i did turn it on and off per Jorden on another post I saw. Anyone having same issues or having great success with this? I bought 19,000 mins thinking it would last all month but i don't know if it will at this point.
