4 contributions to Outliers
I’ve read many books, but this one changed my life:
(And it’s not Deep Work) → Hyperfocus by Chris Bailey Here is how to apply his 3 principles to get 8hrs/day of focused work. 1.Practice awareness of your thoughts daily 2.You can train your focus and awareness like muscle in the gym 3.Use intentional mind-wandering to unlock creativity This book taught me more than most paid focus courses I’ve taken. Its lessons are timeless. Master these principles → you’ll become more productive than your favorite productivity guru.

@Rajah Rajah Nice, haven't read that one. What are the 3 biggest things you learned from it?

Successful story channel sexual energy
Hi everyone, Have anyone succeeded in sexual transmutation? Can you share your successful story? I have tried many times, but it seems quite tough. Some activities I tried such as: workout, working in business, meet friend. Thanks all!

Hyper specific goals for the day. Wake up and want to complete the task at hand so well just because you like a job well done. Hope this helps.
Why Be Stoic?
Kris made the video on stoicism and I’ve been reading some of the books in my spare time, it got my thinking to this one line/concept. Being a leader means you’re infectious. If you show weakness, others will too. If you show strength, others will follow. The same goes for being the captain of the ship, when you panic, others follow your lead. When you’re confident, the same happens in reverse. Not only does your state of mind transfer to those around you, but so do your emotions. There’s a reason why, when you leave your house in a shitty mood, you’ll also be unsociable. Then comes professionalism and stoicism. When you become a pro in life and accept stoicism, those around you will follow your lead. Perhaps not all, or any, will follow, but you’ve made it clear this is your decision and that is how you will be treated and that behavior/decision will be reinforced. Becoming a pro means turning into the man of the house and getting shit done. Taking responsibility. Those are some other reasons and logic flows for why you NEED to be stoic and professional to others, but harness anger and emotion in your work and fitness.

Gotta catch up on some stoicism myself. Got any good book recommendations other than meditations and Ryan Holiday?
How do I train sprints?
Kris recommends sprints as part of his fitness advice. How would you say we should implement this? What programme structure? How many? How much rest? etc. Or does it not matter, is any sprinting at all good enough? I’d love to hear what you guys think, especially those of you who have already implemented sprints in your routine.

@William Wang 1-2x/week I'm guessing. And before a leg day, not after.
