How do I train sprints?
Kris recommends sprints as part of his fitness advice. How would you say we should implement this? What programme structure? How many? How much rest? etc.
Or does it not matter, is any sprinting at all good enough?
I’d love to hear what you guys think, especially those of you who have already implemented sprints in your routine.
