I currently on day 3 of 5 of summer camp with scouts (I am a leader), and it's times like this I reflect and see the impact of giving my time has on the kids who come through my group. Confidence growing. Friendships forming. It's so easy to get caught up in the chaos to miss this.
Hi all, went through the 90 day course around 18months ago got so much from it but thought like many I suppose, I can go alone. How wrong I was! suffer from excessive over thinking which leads to bad decisions . Am running in 10km in September to ensure I stay focused on my fitness and weight. Looking forward to getting to know you!
I've been in a really negative state over the past few days. Low mood, procrastinating etc... my question is, what techniques do people use to get themselves out of this frame of mind?
Hey @Richard Bashford, you made a start with the morning routine. Tomorrow you do another, then another and you keep going. Remove all the barriers you can that could stop this from happening. Kit ready tonight, breakfast prepped tonight where you can. Have a clear plan for what you are going to do in the morning by the time you go to bed tonight. You have everything you need to get out of the funk. The routines will save you - you just have to build them
