Split stance KB dead row 8 rt side, split stance kb clean 6 rt side, split stance kb snatch 4 rt side, then repeat on left side for 15 min. 1 floor kb clean to press rt side then left side repeat for 5 min. 40 lb kb farmers walk to failure.

30-Day “Farmers Walk” Challenge
I’m always up for ANYTHING that will rally the troops and this 30 day challenge is a perfect way to do so!!! In my mind the real value of doing these types of daily challenge workouts is the accountability they create by forcing a non-negotiable goal specific action. Not only do they improve gains, but they build discipline, too! So I wanna try something out with you guys open to a challenge. For the next month, I want you to take part in this “Farmers Walk Challenge”… The rules are simple: - Designate the distance or sets of failure you’ll do - Rotate the different weights daily (go up then down) - Carry on every set til absolute failure (dropping it) …And - Resting for 30 seconds between each set… If you’re in, which I really hope you are, then reply YES to the survey… Make sure to check out the YouTube video attached for more details… LFG!!! @Scott Slingland just do them at the end of your workout till failure a few times and change up the weight from day to day

If it’s cold just walk a few laps where ever u are currently working out at holding a different amount of weight each day till u can’t hold with proper form any longer

My dad always stressed to me that there are few more impactful decisions than who you choose to hang around. He’d always say “be careful, because if you hang around dogs, you’ll pick up fleas”…Well, on the flip side of that sentiment is the notion that if you hang around high achievers, they’ll subconsciously push (or pull) you into the right direction. While sitting in the woods this past week, I had a ton of time to reflect and I just wanted to thank all of YOU for pushing me to be a better coach. You may think I’m the leader of the ship, but although I may be steering the ship, I’d argue that you guys are the ones fueling the ship! So THANK YOU for pushing me to be better. Love you guys!!!

Yesterday did 5 swings 5 snatch 5 clean 5 clean thruster per side for 15 min then 5 split stance RDL 5 split stance swing 5 split stance snatch per side then 30 yrd farmer for 10 more min
